Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts and services between MSKS Airport Transfer e.U. (hereinafter “Provider”) and its customers in connection with passenger transport services, in particular airport transfers, booked via the website https://rutio.at or other communication channels.

2. Contract Formation

A contract is concluded once the customer submits a booking request and the Provider confirms it in writing (e.g. via email or chat). The booking confirmation includes all relevant details of the agreed service.

3. Services

The Provider agrees to perform the agreed transport service reliably and on time. Route changes or additional stops must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are final prices in euros and include VAT. Payment is made in cash to the driver or in advance by bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation and Withdrawal

Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pickup time. For later cancellations or if the customer fails to appear, the Provider reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the agreed fare as a cancellation fee.

6. Customer Obligations

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information, especially regarding pickup and drop-off addresses, number of passengers and luggage, and any special requirements (e.g. child seats). Changes must be communicated promptly.

7. Liability

The Provider is liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. No liability is accepted for delays due to force majeure (e.g. traffic jams, weather conditions).

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Provider’s Privacy Policy, available at https://rutio.at/privacy-policy/.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.

10. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
